Date announced for 2026 Walsingham Pilgrimage

We are delighted to announce the date for our 2026 annual diocesan pilgrimage to Our Lady’s shrine at Walsingham.

This annual pilgrimage is a real highlight in our diocesan calendar, welcoming hundreds of pilgrims from across the diocese to join in this prayerful experience.

This year’s pilgrimage will take place on Saturday 2nd May.

Over the past few years, we have offered an extended option for pilgrims to enjoy this prayerful experience over two days with an overnight stay.

Due to the popularity of this option, we are delighted to once again offer our two-day pilgrimage, departing on Friday 1st May and joining with our day pilgrims the following day.
