Certificate in Pastoral Ministry – Information Evening
OnlineTuesday 14th June 2022
7.30pm
Are you involved in ministry in your parish or deanery? Maybe you’re a Minister of the Eucharist, a Baptism Catechist, Children’s Liturgy Leader, or one of the many other people who keep the Church and its mission moving forward. Or perhaps you would like to be but don’t feel you have the skills?
In any case, the Certificate in Pastoral Ministry could be just what you need. It will inform and inspire your practice in pastoral ministry, make you more effective, bring about better results and boost your confidence.
In partnership with Loyola University Chicago, the Pastoral Ministry Certificate offers an online learning community of people from across the UK hungry to develop their faith and practice.
With the support of expert tutors and an online discussion forum, individuals build their confidence, engage with a diversity of opinions and receive inspiration in their ministry.
As a result, students report that they are more effective and fruitful and find their service in the Church is increasingly life-giving.
This Certificate is offered by all of the Northern Dioceses in England, including Salford. It is taught by distance learning with tutors from England and the United States. There are NO exams or essays, and the sessions are accessed in your own time from the comfort of your own home.
If you are interested in this unique opportunity to gain a Certificate in Pastoral Ministry and wish to find out more about the course, its cost (some limited financial support may be available), and the application process, please join us for an information evening.
The evening will take place on Tuesday 14 June 2022 or Wednesday 22 June between 7.30pm and 9pm.
