Neurodiversity: Awareness & Inclusion in Sacramental Programmes
St Patrick’s Church, Livesey Street, Manchester, M4 4FA.Saturday 3rd October 2026
10AM to 1PM
Many parishes are experiencing confusion about how best to support access to their sacramental programme, especially First Holy Communion. Children and parents who are autistic, have a learning disability or other neurodiversity may need additional support to access the programme.
Dr Minna Moffatt-Feldman (Caritas Salford) and Canon Paul Daly (Diocese of Salford) are delighted to be joined by Deacon Mark Paine (Archdiocese of Birmingham) to deliver this valuable session to support parishes in delivering their sacramental programmes with autism and neurodiversity in mind.
This event is open to all and light refreshments will be provided. To book a place, please click here.
