Lourdes at Home – Our First Virtual Pilgrimage Begins Today

Friday 31st July 2020

Today sees the beginning of a packed week of events as we come together spiritually for our first virtual Lourdes pilgrimage, to celebrate the theme ‘Every day I go in Spirit to the Grotto’.

Below is a reminder of the programme.

All are invited to get involved, whether you are a long-time member of the Lourdes family or are interested in joining the Lourdes 2021 pilgrimage and want to find out what it’s about.

Last week, Gwyneth, President of Hospitality in the pilgrimage team, spoke on BBC Radio Lancashire about Lourdes at Home and the rescheduling of the 88th diocesan pilgrimage. You can listen to what she had to say by clicking here and scrolling forward to 2h52m30s.

Don’t forget to share your involvement on social media, tagging the diocese @SalfordDiocese and the Lourdes pilgrimage team @SalfordLourdes in your posts!
