Think differently about “disability”

Take a moment to consider:
Do you understand what disability is? How confident are you talking about disability? Do you think you operate in a way that is accessible to all people? Do you understand your responsibilities towards accessibility?

Join Caritas Salford for an insightful session exploring more about this topic and how it fits in to our daily work in our parishes and schools.

The session takes place on Tuesday 3 October between 2pm and 5pm.

The session will cover:
– Models of disability
– Responsibilities, adjustments, and sustainability
– Removing barriers to create access
– Attitudes and mindsets
– A chance to ask questions without judgment
